Margao: The Ministers of Union Amit Shah on Thursday announced that charter flights carrying tourists from abroad will begin to arrive at Goa from October 15.
By stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made a decision for that effect, Shah further announced that with the view to providing the boost to the Goa Tourism sector, tourist visas will be given to those who arrive flights.
“With the cave it reaches 100 percent vaccination, the situation is conducive to (resurrection) of tourism,” said Minister at home.
Indicates that the government has taken a few steps to revive tourism, Shah said that with the government decided to provide a free visa to five Lakh tourists, Goa would benefit the most of the steps.
