Rajkot: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday captured the Uma Bhatt Uma Bhatt Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) after his driver Divyarajsinh Zala was discovered to accept RS 5,000 bribes from the complainant to make the case accused.
ACB officials said that they had arrested the driver of the PSI on Sunday for accepting bribes on behalf of PSI for making a strong case against the defendants ordered under various parts of children’s protection from sexual violations (Pocso).
After the ACB trap, Bhatt escaped from his residence and the police found the service revolver during the search.
