Coimbatore: The work is underway for the implementation of a single window system to provide approval for housing sites and the approval of the building plan for the public, the Tamil Nadu Housing Minister and Urban Development S said Monday.
He led a complaint camp held in Coimbatore to overcome problems related to housing sites and development plans organized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

He urged applicants to attach all required documents when sending applications to officials as delays in the processing application are often caused by a lack of documents.
“It takes a certain time for the application to reach the appropriate official for approval.
If the relevant documents are not available, the documents will be postponed, resulting in delay,” he said.
He said that instructions have been given to officials to ensure that they collect all the required documents from the application when they receive the application.
Officials should not request additional documents later, which will cause delays.
A large number of people took part in complaint camps and submitted their petitions to the minister.
He listened to the problem of each applicant personally.
Higher officials including G Sameeran District collectors and corporate commissioners King Gopal Sunkara present in the camp.
Activists also raise public problems with minister’s notifications.
