Large Noida: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has requested Alotting Industrial plots that have submitted a one-time completion scheme to pay “no litigation incentives” along with customized premiums.
“Incentives” were charged by Yeida for additional compensation of 64.7%, he had to pay to convince farmers who had parted with their land from Yamuna’s freeway to withdraw the court case and receive the completion of “outside the field”.
Because the one-time scheme will expire on December 31 and the authority is preparing to offer ownership of industrial plots in sector 32 and 33, 800 people have been asked to “urge” to complete payments that are delayed along with incentives.
After paying Rs 5,500 for Industrial SQMT, the current owner must cough RS 550-600 per additional SQMT, which will increase the overall premium of Rs 5.5 lakh to RS 6 Lakh on average.
However, Allottees will finally pay between Rs 8 Lakh and Rs 10 Lakh because Yeida has sentenced him by imposing compound interest in them.
Member of the Yamuna Expressway Entrepreneur Association held a meeting with Yeida officials on Monday to discuss this issue.
The industrial plot owner cited the command of the Allahabad High Court May 28, 2020, and asked Yeida to forget the incentive request.
CEO Yeida Arun VIR Singh said, “Because the problem is sub-yudice, we will not like to comment at this time.”
