MySuru: Paramahamsa Yoga Vidyalaya Chief Shivaprakash said on Sunday that the institution would hold a yoga camp from 7 to 27 February.
During the camp, children between 8 and 15 will be trained in ‘inter-chakshu’ yoga, while participants aged 18 years and above are trained in the awareness of the subconscious mind.
The 20 day yoga camp will be held at the institutional campus in Ramakrishna Nagar at night.
The institution will also provide a three-month Yoga teacher training course, during the weekend, he said.
Shivaprakash said the yoga camp would help children increase strength, memory, concentration, creativity, their confidence, and eliminate fear of their exams.
