Vadodara: A group of young people in the city of Vallabh Vidyanagar in Anand District was ordered to cut cakes using a sword in public places.
The image was distributed on social media after the police took the act of the defendant involved in the incident was ordered to violate the notification below Section 188 of the Criminal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.
Thakor and the others were previously named as accused of cases of cruelty.
They are given guarantees in connection with violations.
The incident was reportedly going on around Haromnagar at Vidyanagar.
This is not an isolated incident of birthday celebration.
Videos have emerged from all middle Gujarat which shows people celebrate birthdays by cutting cakes with swords.
