Vadodara: City-based youth stage Chhatra Sansad has established a scholarship program to encourage children that have lost their parents throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The application will encourage such kids up to Class XII. “We’re beginning the student finance for all those unfortunate children which were orphaned in this fatal outbreak,” said president and founder Kunal Sharma. “Aside from helping them keep their schooling, we’re also focusing on calling mental-health specialists who will help the kids handle the enormous loss they’ve experienced at this young age,” he explained.
