Nagpur: President Zilla Parishad from Gadchiroli knocked Nagpur’s bench from the Doors of the Bombay High Court which demanded the release of development funds for the district dominated and dominant.

Applicant Ajay Kankadalwar from Ahereri prayed for direction to respondents to release funds considering the approved expenditures based on the district annual plan for the financial years 2021-22 were prepared for various departments.
These include construction, health, women and children’s development, education, irrigation and livestock.
The division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and Anil Pansare on Tuesday issued a notification to state planning and the Secretary of the Rural Development Department, Divisional Commissioner at City and Gadchiroli Collector, asked them to respond within three weeks.
Applicant applicant Ketki Joshi received notice for all of them.

However, after funds were not released, Kankadalwar filed a complaint to the Division Commissioner after, but there was no progress carried out to date.
He also made several representations of the Ministry of Development and Rural Planning but met with the same fate.
The applicant revealed that because some political agendas appeared that political parties must have disrupted the process, which led to traffic jams in development work.
“Officials concerned in the collection with collectors deliberately seized legitimate rights and funds only to fulfill some political agenda and complaints, so that they seize true beneficiaries who are citizens.
