BELOGIVAVI: A total of 102 female students at Rani Chennamma Housing School have been isolated on campus after 12 students suspected of being Covid-19 infection.
After all students complained of fever / coughing / nervous on Saturday, the health team on Saturday, Saturday, Saturday officials run a quick (mouse) antigen test on them, and found 12 of them positive for viruses.
The Ministry of Health currently maintains that 12 cases are treated as “allegations” because the RT-PCR test results are awaited.
Even though the Sainik School has suspended class, it hasn’t fallen completely.
Administration also considers sending class 7 and 8 students home after analyzing the situation.
Schools, run by personal trust, have more than 400 female students.
An official from the school said when children were taken to the ground for physical activities, they complained of discomfort.
When examined, 102 students reported a higher temperature, after that the health department was informed.
District Health Officer Dr.
Shashikanth Muniyla told TI that the test results were being postponed because only one laboratory functions in the district.
“At present, there are 12 cases suspected, while others are isolated.
We have not ordered a seal because mice are not true covid indicators,” he added.
