Haveri: Fans and residents of villages bid Fat farewell to 19-year-old bulls, who died of age-related diseases here on Tuesday.
Known as Haveri Don 111 in this district, Bull Breed Halikar was bought together by a group of friends 15 years ago.
Haveri Don 111 has won more than 60 benign bull matches in Haveri and Tamil Nadu.
Fans from neighboring countries also attended the funeral when the bull was a star player in the Jallikattu competition.
Welcomed for heroic winner and respected as gods, Haveri Don 111 has won the owner of 25 bicycles, 300GM Gold, 1 kg of silver, TV, refrigerator and bantal bull train.
