“Their address has changed, they have to submit a new ration card, but because the government stops publishing new cards, many are troubled now,” Asundi Rued.
He, however, gladly noted that the government had stated its intention in starting the verification process, which stopped after the lock.
“The government provides free 10kg rice, which is not enough for most of them, many of which don’t even qualify for other benefits,” added Asiti.
