Against 371 positive cases found on Friday, 378 was reported the next day.
The number of tests fell from 4,480 on Friday to 3,940 on Saturday.
The release of the patient also slowed with 444 people dismissed on Saturday.
On Friday, the number was established in 543.
Death continued to drip with four more declared dead on Saturday.
The total death toll is now in 698.
