Haveri: a collision involving trucks and two cars near the DasanaHalla in Kaduru Village, Rathalli Taluk, Haveri claimed the life of six people, including two children on Saturday.
Members of two families traveling with separate cars have traveled to Ukkadagatri in the Taluk Harihar, Davanagere district, and returned to Tuminacry when the tragedy occurred.
Four Victims – Mattikote Shankargouda Nagappagoudra, 27, Mayaammanamuchudi Shantamma Hottigoudra, 30, Eight-year-old Punit, Sadanand six years old – traveling in the car in front, which collided with a truck uploaded by corn.
The car behind collided with the one in front, leaving six other injured.
The six injured passengers have shifted to McGann Hospital in Shivamogga.
The case has been registered with regard to an accident at the Rattihalli police station.
