LONDON: All-rounder Moeen Ali has been crowned as Deputy England captain for the fourth test against India starting on Thursday at Oval.
The height of Moeen came after Jos Buttler was given a paternity break due to the arrival of his second child to come.
Moeen who was 34 years old so far played 63 tests for the UK, scored 2879 running with five hundred and also had 193 goals for their credit with five hair off-tears.
In this test match, England has brought back Mark Wood, who has recovered from his shoulder injury and Chris Woakes, who did not act during the first three matches due to injury problems.
