Prasagraj: Allahabad High Court on Thursday directed the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Auraiya to perform property inspections lawsuit and an investigation whether any construction Chawki police have been raised or attempt to violate court orders Injat while dated March 14, 2019 passed in this appeal.
It further directed that the Civil Judge, Auraiya will put all of the property in accordance with the direct attachment.
Hear the second appeal filed by one Satyawati Devi District Auraiya, Justice JJ Munir directing Judge Civil (Senior Division), Auraiya to obtain photographs of the required and also recorded statements of people who needed to fact, alleged by the applicant with regard to raising construction in violation of court orders.
Further directed that civilian judges, Auraiya will put the whole suit property under the direct attachment and entrust the same to the civil court clerk within 48 hours.
All the machines and tools in place must also be attached in the same time period after setting up an inventory of it.
Orders mentioned above will be carried out by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Auraiya Auraiya before the District Judge, superintendent of police, judges sub-division and Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad.
Attachments will be done within 48 hours, but at all events before 05:00 p.m.

During the trial, appearing on behalf of the applicant, Senior Advocate Pradeep Kumar alleged that the interim injunction order passed by this Court on 14 Agricary.
2019 was rejected by the Nagar Palika Parishad bold, Auraiya under the direction, help, assistance and active participation Auriaya district magistrate and superintendent of police.
It is said that the order of the status quo is maintained in the property-related lawsuits have been violated with impunity, despite being served by the Post Speed under memo closed on 19 July 2021, sent on July 20, 2021 on top of Nagar Palika Parishad, Auraiya through officer executive, and also on judges Auraiya district and the superintendent of police.
He further argues that the copy of the order was also served on Pargana Adhikari, Auraiya.
It submitted that the notification was issued on July 20, 2021 in a Hindi newspaper, advertise that the property suits, a Chowki police will be built despite no prior knowledge of commands interim order passed by this court on 14 March 2019.
It states that the commandments have violated with increasing construction on the property suit, in which the JCB machine has been deployed.
