Prayagraj: Head of State for the Sawajwadi Naresh Uthest Uttam Patel on Sunday said that SP was the only party who fought the anti-person policy of government and the BJP government.
Apart from SP, all of the others have put their hands before BJP, Patel said while handling a general meeting at the College Ground KP here.
He claimed that the popularity of SP head and former Minister of Justice Akhilesh Yadav had increased manifold and people lost the “progressive regime of SP government”.
He, however, warned of party booth workers to oversee the list of voter revisions, anticipating that anomalies could be done on the command of the ruling party.
Patel said, “The state government led by BJP has destroyed the lives of smallholders, young people, and industrialists by introducing black agricultural laws and hiking prices of gasoline cylinders, diesel and LPG.” Attacking the government for poor legal and order conditions, he said women live under threat in the state.
