Dubai: Skipper Namibia Gerhard Erasmus expressed his disappointment when his team was defeated by India in their last Super 12 match from the T20 World Cup at Dubai Cricket Stadium on Monday.
Rohit Sharma and the fiery partnership Kl Rahul helped the Indian team beat Namibia with nine-goal.
Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadyja took three of each of them as men in Blue limiting Namibia to 132/8.
“We haven’t really been able to soak inside (experience) because of the fast turnaround between the game.
Only once we return home, we will be able to realize that we play extraordinary cricket levels and compete against several strong teams,” Erasmus said in the presentation After the match.
“Some prominent performances individually to be taken home as positive, and also as a team.
