PRATAPGARH: A pioneer of the Apna Dal (Sonelal) was detained after an older movie supposedly showing him shooting with a gun in a role went viral about social networking, authorities said Thursday.
Superintendent of Police Akash Tomar stated the video moved viral Wednesday and the guy involved had been identified as Praba Shankar Shukla, that had been said to be a pioneer of this Apna Dal (S).
“During investigation, it was discovered that the movie was November 22, 2019,” the SP said.
An FIR was filed against him and that he had been detained on Wednesday night,” he explained.
His pistol has been captured, the SP said, including that event to cancel his own arms permit have been pioneered.
A thorough probe is available in the subject, Tomar said.
