Prayagraj: Offering a bad break for property owners, the authorities of the ProAgraj Municipal Corporation (PMC) has brought a one-time (OTS) completion plan for property tax stakers.
The State Authority issued Government orders (GO) for OTS to plan on December 27 after the City Mayor sent a proposal to the State Authority for OTS approval.
This scheme will be valid until March 31, 2022.
In accordance with the PMC authority, approximately, 70,127 houses \ Property owner and 230 government and semi-government offices can benefit through OTS schemes.
The information provided by the local body department on Wednesday said that the scheme was launched to provide assistance to the population \ property owner who faced financial difficulties.
More than 70,000 property owners failed to pay taxes for a long time.
City Mayor, AbhiLasha Gupta “Nandi” told reporters that property owners had constantly demanded faltering flowers on home tax for a long time and following their demands, the PMC authority had transferred a proposal in front of OTS approval.

Under the OTS plan, all housing housing, hostels, and educational institutions, industrial units, public sectors, governments, semi-government offices and shops (200 square feet) can benefit.
