Prayagraj: Divisional Commissioner (Division Prayagraj) Sanjay Goyal on Friday asked senior district and health officials to ensure that all officials, employees and workers involved by different departments for Maga Maga settings are fully vaccinated.
He asked officials to compile a list of wise officials and employees who had not received both doses so far.
Steps must be taken to ensure that each individual is vaccinated completely, he added.
Goyal put stress on the need to maintain a health register that contains the details of Adaar cards and vaccination members of each organization that establishes camps in Mela Venue and ‘Kalpwasis’.
He asked health officials to establish a special team to enforce the Covid protocol at Mela.
This dedicated team member will be given training for better coordination among various institutions that care for Mela’s settings.
Commissioner Division suggested Mela officials to launch two helpline numbers for visitors.
The facility was also available in Kumbh Mela 2019.
He asked officials to develop Mela applications that would offer all kinds of information and assistance to visitors.
Direction is also issued to install maps on the Magh Mela campus so that the worshipers will not face problems in finding their camp or other facilities that will be provided by Mela.
