Haveri: A senior official at the Rural Department and Pancrayat Raj (RDPR) has biked 3,800 km from Karta in Kashmir to Kanyakumari in just 14 days and 14 hours.
Riding Solo by Sadanand Amarapur, assistant director at the RDPR department, has twin themes: Celebrate the 75th year of Indian independence, and spread the message to addiction.
All through the journey, Sadanand spread its superior project department, Mahatma Gandhi, the National Rural Warranty Law (MGNREGA).

I created awareness of addiction such as drinking and smoking.

“This will help someone stay physically fit and mentally,” he added.
