Mysuru: For almost a month after the gang of five people allegedly killed the resident of Nagarle Mahadevanayak Village, his family had urged the police to give them protection and to catch allegations of absence.
Mahadevanayak’s brother said Mahadevanayaka was attacked and killed on December 31 in the village ended trivial problems suspected of being Nanjundanayaka and his relatives.
The police have captured only three people and have not arrested two.
After the incident, the defendant’s family threatened them with terrible consequences to get the case withdrawn.
“It has been a month since the murder and the police must immediately arrest them and give us protection,” said Nagesh.
Mahadevanayaka’s father was present.
When contacted, Police Nanjangud said three were accused of being arrested immediately after crime but two other people who liked rice trade had fled to Kerala.
Search for them since then, they said.
