Nagpur: Twitter Spat between MP Shashi Tharoor and Minister of Union Ramdas Athaware moved to the ‘offline’ world on Friday, when he last read the prose two liners at the Congress leader.
When talking to the media in Nagpur during an official visit, Athaware, in a poetic narrative style that is now strange, taking potshots in Tharoor (see box).
