Hubballi: The day of martyrs farmers every year is observed on July 21 to mark the Naragund revolution.
This year, farmers have invited national farmers such as Kisan Morcha President Rakesh Tikait, Secretary Yudhvir Singh and Swaraj India Conveners Yadav Yogendra.
Unlike before, farmers will discuss one platform of problems faced by southern and north farmers.
This event is expected to have bearings on farmers’ protests against the central and state government.
Badagalapura Nagendra, President, Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha, told TOI that every year, various farmer organizations were used to hold separate meetings in Nargund and at different stages.
