Prasagraj: Allahabad High Court on Friday rejected the anticipatory assurance application submitted by one Niha Khan, who was suspected of working as a nursing auxiliary midwife (ANM) at Jamalpur Urban Primer Health Center of Aligarh threw 29 syringes loaded by vaccines into Dustombin.

According to the Petitioner, he is a fake framed to get political benefits by his colleagues.
The syringe was found from the trash and his colleague frame his name for personal competition.
To remember, on May 30, 2021, FIR was registered after district health officials knew about the alleged incident and the investigation committee of two members was formed to see this problem.
The committee found that Niha Khan was guilty of waste of vaccines and “malpractice and dissipline”.
The vaccination responsible for Aarfeen Zehra, was also ordered, because he allegedly failed to tell the authorities despite suspected of knowing the alleged incident.
Allegedly in the FIR that 29 vaccine syringes found in the trash can be associated with public aadhaar.
During the court process, additional advocacy General Goyy Goyal and additional government advice AK Sand, emerged for the state government, opposed the request on the ground that the incident was not only error or negligence in the defendant but actually, it was thrown into Dustbin intentionally.
