HDMC to ensure Covid norms followed during the Civic poll

Hubballi: As a process for the old election for Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has begun, officials are preparing with plans not only to enforce the model of model behavior but also Covid guidelines during the election.
