Prayagraj: Ajay Kumar has been appointed as a senior police supervisor (SSP) from the Prayagraj District here on Tuesday.
He previously served as SP (Hardoi).
The 2011 batch IPS officer has completed technology in the engine technique from HBTU Kanpur.
He, however, left work and cleaned upsc in the first attempt.
He also won the best attendant’s award during his training.
He previously served as SP in Shamli District, Mainpuri, and Firozabad.
