Chandigarh: The State citizen Bureau (SVB) wants forensically to check the answer sheet 16 senior state bureaucrats chosen for Haryana (executive) civil service and allied services in 2002 during the term of office cm om prakash chautala.
VB wants to check the answer sheet from batch 2002 officers like Kamlesh Bhadu, currently posted as an OSD to the Deputy Haryana CM Dushyant Chauatala; Kuldhir Singh, Son of Senior Inld Leader Sher Singh Badshami who was jailed in JBT recruitment fraud together with O P Chautala and others; Sarita Malik, who is the former daughter of Haryana DGP Malik.
Remaining 13 HCS Officers Branch Executive Branches and Allied Services, the answer sheet Wanted by VB is Rakesh Kumar, Ranjit Kaur, Satish Kumar, Kulbir Singh, Manha Jain, Narian Kumar Saarwan, Netika Lal, Poonam Nara, Vatsal Vashisht, Veena Hooda, Ashok Kumar , and Singh Dilbag.
VB investigated irregularities in the election of officers, the application file was looking for a trail of the blanket of the officer holding a senior position in the Haryaa government.
The answer sheet from these officers is currently lying in the record of the Punjab High Court and Haryana where the petition challenges their appointments waiting.
The alertness bureau is now applying for an application before HC is looking for the 16 candidate’s answer sheet to be examined.
The State Alerting Bureau also investigated irregularities in their election registered by the Bureau on October 18, 2005.
“For the right investigation, the original answer sheet from the selected candidate must be examined from the forensic of the Madhuban Science Laboratory (FSL) about various deviations / differences in the form of cutting / Overwriting / Improvement / Decreasing marks given, the use of different ink / pens in evaluation and ensures differences or similarities in their different handwriting answers to sheets, “said application searches for permissions submitted by Shareef Singh, DSP, SVB, before HC.
SVB has also provided an attempt to restore all original answer sheets to the High Court after being examined by FSL Madhuban.
This problem is now registered to hear on April 22.
A new application that was looking for a record from HC was submitted after an ongoing petition submitted by the leader of the Senior Congress and Mla Karan Singh Dalal.
This petition regarding various irregularities, deviations, or favoritism in the HCS selection process (executive cadre) and allied service examinations held in 2001.
A total of 54 original 35 selected candidates in HC custody.
On November 3, 2009, SVB was permitted by HC to get a certified copy of this answer sheet to be investigated.
Now, SVB wants the original answer sheet to check it forensically.

About 67 HCS (executive) and allied service officials were selected by HPSC in 2002 when the Chautala op was cm.
Told manipulation, corruption and nepotism, a petition was submitted by MLA DALAL before HC.
The High Court has called all the selection records for supervision.
The problem has been delayed before HC for almost two decades.
