Allahabad: Chasing the murder of eight police in Kanpur Ambus last year as “terrible crime”, Allahabad High Court denied guarantees for a gangster relatives who were killed by Vikas Dubey.
Khushi is a widow of Amar Dubey, aide and gangster relatives who are killed.
He was allegedly taking an active part in Bathh in Bikru Kanpur Village on July 3 last year, according to the police.
A few days after the ambush, Vikas Dubey was shot dead by the police when he was suspected of trying to escape from their prisoners.
Khushi has submitted a request against a collateral rejection by a lower court, quoting that he has no role in an ambush.
In his request, Khushi said he was declared a teenager with the board on September 1, 2020.
According to his advice, the age of Khushi was around 16 years 10 months on the date of the incident.
It was further pleading that he was not a member of the Vikas Dubey gang, but his husband was a gangster who was killed and they went to Vikas Dubey’s house on the day of the incident.
However, the state government opposed Plea guarantees on the land in accordance with the police statement that survived the ambush, he actively participated in the attack.

Stopping Plea Bail on Friday, Justice J J J Munir observed, “The overall view of the case of this case reminded the fact that the occurrence, where the revisionist was involved, not from the usual type.” “Not only spontaneous elimination of eight police in action and six others was injured, was a horrendous crime that surprised the conscience of the community but also an action that attacked the root of the country’s authority in his area,” said the court.
