Prasagraj: The High Court of Allahabad on Monday directing the central government and the state government to submit their respects in response to online gambling prohibitions.
The court subsequently issued a notification to official website officials allegedly owned by Chinese citizens and involved in gambling online and cheating money from the innocent public.
Hearing the pill filed by a Social Worker Shimla Shri Tripathi, a division bench consisting of acting Chairman of Munishwar Nath Bhandari and Justice Rajendra Kumar remained September 15 as the next hearing date.
According to the applicant, a large number of such websites operate in India and offer gambling games such as games that predict the color where players must place a number of bets and guess the color results before the results of the website declaration.
Allegedly in the petition that first website allows players to win easily, but when large amounts of players begins to place larger bets, website owners begin to manipulate results, thus eventually most players lose in the game while the website owner illegally get.
Appearing for the Petitioner, his advice Shashank Shri Tripathi argued that this website also reduced a large amount of money from the winner on behalf of taxes on gambling that claimed that the same thing would be paid to the government.
According to the Petitioner, “Chinese residents have such gambling sites.
This website is usually controlled by a Chinese server and is a planned fraud scheme.”
