PRAYAGRAJ: The Allahabad high court ignored on Tuesday the security plea of a last year bunch, imagining that the girl was married and at an live-in relationship with another guy.

Article 21 of the Constitution of India may allow a individual to own freedom but the freedom needs to be in the ambit of regulation that applies to these (sic).” Article 21 of the Constitution gives security to life and personal freedom.
It ensures that no individual will be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by legislation.
The court, although noting that the girl is the lawfully wedded spouse of a few of those respondents in the instance, commented:”She’s for whatever reasons chose to move away from her spouse, is we let them reside compared (sic) under the guise of security of liberty and life?” The court directed the fine levied on the petitioners be deposited with them together with an Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority.
