Prasagraj: Acting on the application transferred by Anand Giri seeking security, judge’s head (CJM), Prasagraj on Thursday directing the central prison supervisor of Naini, Prasagraj to provide security guidance and other laws.

CJM Harendra Nath further directed that Anand Giri will be produced before the court through video conferencing.
Anand Giri has moved the application before the court sought security protection in prison and also when he was produced in front of the court.
According to the District Government Advice (Criminal), Gulab Chandra Agrahri, who represents the country during the court process, CJM checks the application of Anand Giri and while considering the sensitivity of the problem, pass the command to provide security according to the manual prison.
Anand Giri was accused of conspiring suicide Narendra Giri, whose body was found hanging from the ceiling of a room at Shri Math Baghambari Gaddi with the limit of the Georgetown police station in Prayagraj on September 20.
In a suicide note, Mahant has demanded Anand Giri, in addition to the other two, from mental harassment.
Then, a FIR was submitted against Anand Giri and the other two under Section 306 (suicide reduction) of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Georgetown police station here.
Furthermore, Anand Giri was arrested by the police and after interrogation was produced in front of the CJM court on September 22, which sent it to juice custody for 14 days.
Then, he was sent to prison.
At present, he lodged in Naini’s central prison here.
