AU will be reopened from February 2, online class to continue

Prasagraj: After staying closed since January 9 this year, Allahabad University will be reopened with full capacity for February 2.
However, the classes will be carried out only in online mode.

NK Shukla issued a new notification on Friday, where he had mentioned that the AU and his constituent college would observe holidays on February 1 because of Mauni Amasasca.
After that, from February 2, AU, the department and its center will be reopened and functioning under the protocol set by Covid-19.
According to the notification issued by the Registrar, all university and affiliated colleges will be opened from Monday to Friday starting at 9am to 5pm with full capacity.
All teachers have been asked to take online classes after reaching the department and the center until 4.

With the reopening AU, even research scholars are also allowed to work in their respective departments.
Plantation officers have been directed to get all the departments, offices, facilities and parts that are cleaned.
Following the revival of Covid-19 cases, AU administration, on January 6, has decided that only the official internal work will be carried out at the University Office and no visitors / foreigners will be permitted on campus until the order further.
All students are also directed to hold back not to come to universities with direct effects and are asked to attend their class in online mode.
Then, since January 9, AU and its constituent colleges are closed until further orders.
