Dhaka: Bangladesh will hit the Batsman Mushfiqur Rahim for the Twenty20 international series of three matches against Pakistan starting from Dhaka on Friday.
Mushfiqur was under fire for the show under the sponge in the Twenty20 World Cup recently, after printing only half a century in eight matches.
Bangladesh has a gloomy tournament, where they lost to Scotland in qualifying and failed to win one match in the Super-12 phase.
They were forced to make at least six changes to the squad for the upcoming series, with the All-Rounders Shakib Al Hasan and Mohammad Saifuddin ruled out due to injury.
Batsmen Liton Das and Soumya Sarkar have been dropped for the series against the Semi-Finalist World Cup, as well as Fast Bowler Ruble Hossain.
