Manchester: Ben Stokes was abandoned from the English squad announced on Thursday for the T20 World Cup next month in Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
Stokes currently takes no limits from cricket for mental well-being and to recover from a finger injury.
The 30-year-old all-rounder, the main member of the team that won the World Cup 50-Over 2019, has not taken the field since July.
“Durham’s Ben Stokes is not available for selection and continues to take unlimited breaks of all crafters to prioritize mental well-being,” said the British cricket board statement and Wales.
But the Bowler team factory has been quickly included, returning to the first time since 2017.
Mills have been impressed during the domestic T20 explosion this season and starred in southern bravely because they won the first edition of one hundred.
“I believe we have chosen a squad that covers all the base and has a depth to succeed in what is expected to be a very competitive tournament that displays the best players in the world,” said England head coach Chris Silverwood.
“Tyral Mills deserves to enter it and have shown over the past few years, but especially this summer, that he has all the skills to succeed at this level,” he added.
“The incredible speed is prominent, and the way he pioneered each of the attacks of each Sussex and South Brave in a short form game has shown that he enjoys the pressure from the big stage.” Eoin Morgan led the troops featuring some of the 50 World Cup winners above, including Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Jos Buttler, Fair Rashid, Chris Woakes and Mark Wood.
Lancashire All-Rounder Livingstone has been included after printing a British record of the 42-ball hundred T20 against Pakistan this season.
Fast Bowler Jofra Archer has been ruled out with a temporary elbow injury, as expected, there is no place to test the captain Joe root on the 15-Man squad.
Surrey’s Tom Curran and Hampshire Couple Liam Dawson and James Vince are a mobile reserve.
As part of their buildup into the tournament, England is scheduled to play four heating matches, including the T20 series of two matches against Pakistan.
England has until October 10 to complete their squad ahead of the World Cup, which lasted from October 17 to November 14.
