Prayagraj: Continuing with the old heritage, Bhoole Bholke Shivir, also known as a lost & found camp, is ready to serve pilgrims who arrive for a long and spiritual month fair from January 5.
This will be the 76th year of the continuation of the organization with the team 20 active volunteers working in Triveni Road to reunite the family.
Volunteers from Bhoole Bhatke Shivir have reunited people who are separated from their families at the exhibition such as Magh Mela, Kumbh and Ardh Kumbh and, since the founder of King Ramtiwari’s late started the tent in 1946 on the Mela campus.
After Tiwari died in August 2016 at the age of 88, his son Umesh Tiwari took over the organization.
Umesh Tiwari, the camp organizer, told TOI that Bhole Bhatke Shivir will appear in the land of Mela’s 2 land, in Triveni Road.
He, however, said that the number of active volunteers this year would not remember Corona’s increasing pandemic.
“The power of active volunteers will increase the day before, the day after and during the main Sean days including the Tracker of Sankaranti, Mauni Amasascaya, Payuh Purnima, Maghi Purnima, Basant Panchami and Mahashivratri Day,” said Tiwari added, “All Covid Protocol 19 will be strict obeyed during the event “.
Volunteers from cities such as Pratapgarh, Prasagraj, and Sultanpur will do their work on the Mela campus since January 5, told Tiwari.
He said that volunteers had brought back 25 lakh people lost with their families since the formation of Shivir, and every year, volunteers live with his motto, “present to mankind”.
“This year, a group of 20 dedicated volunteers from various districts will work all the time during Mela,” Tiwari added that “we have called a complicated plan for the Grand Religion and the annual spiritual Fair” he added.
A volunteer team will be deployed at the five sectors who will look for missing people and take them to camp until they reunite.
In addition to making frequent announcements, Tiwari said that Magh Mela, volunteers will circulate the details of missing people on the social media platform, and also form groups on popular messaging applications to reunite the family.
