Nagpur: Check the Bouncing Case (MADC) Maharashtra Airport has caused revelation that the company has failed to share the tender for a five-star hotel to the highest bidder for more than three months after opening a financial offer on October 22 last year.

Now, it has been more than three months but no one moves from the MADC side for allocating tenders,” he said.
When Tii looked for the MADC version of the claim, Pro Deepak Joshi said he would take information from the department concerned and answer, but did not call back.
Senior MADC official revealed that because the area to propose a five-star hotel was around 6.79 hectares, permission was needed from their board of directors (BOD).
“There are other legal and technical problems as well because the tender is delayed.
This will be resolved only after council approval,” they said to TI.
Gaikwad demanded MADC either issue ‘acceptance letter’ to the highest bidder and return the number or submit a tender to him, if the first antidote was not interested.
“MADC officials must clarify why they did not distribute tenders to the first antidote and took 30% of the project costs from him.
They seem to support the bidder with not officially giving him extensions.
