City to host Indira Marathon this year

Prasagraj: After remaining from the track in 2020 which has a pandemic, Ace Runners in the country will once again compete in the 36th edition that is popular from all Indira Indira Marathon prizes which will be held in Sangam City on November 19.
Held every year, marathon marathon 42.195km (for men and women) marks the alert birth of the final Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, which falls on November 19.

The Marathon marathon edition was held on November 19, 1985, after being marked by the Prime Minister then Rajiv Gandhi.
“With the resolved route, the instructions have now been given to officials of all departments concerned preparing the event.
Walking will be repaired and the traffic management plan for the route will also be prepared.
Arto has also been ordered in this matter,” Khatri said.
DM has directed the city’s corporate, health, traffic and education departments to prepare for the marathon.
HR (aware) has been made by Nodal Marathon officials.
DM has also instructed school district inspectors to ensure school children’s participation, including the closing ceremony.
He also asked Adm (City) to violate sector judges along with the marathon route for smooth behavior.
The sports department marks the ‘kilometer sign’ on a new marathon route on Thursday.
“The runner will run with computer chips attached to their shoes or clothes.
In accordance with the rules of the Indian Athletics Federation (AFI), the chip has been made mandatory at the Marathon.
This chips will record runners.
In addition, the entire route and runaway will be monitored through the CCTV network , including those installed at the city’s main intersection, “said Anil Tiwari Regional Sports Officer.
The official also said that after being marked from the historic gate of Anand Bhawan, the participants would run on the teliagaranj route, Mayo Hall Crossing, High Court, CMP College, New Yamuna Bridge, Rewa Road and returned to the final point in Mohan Manviya Stadium Via Hanuman Mandir.
In the last edition of this famous marathon (35 in 2019), Rahul Kumar Pal from Amethi has won with 2:28:35 seconds.
Harendra Kumar Gazipur has pocketed second place, while Hetram service is third.
In the women’s category, Shyamili Singh from West Bengal made history win for the first time.
He was followed by Neeta Patel of Allahabad and third place was won by Anita Rani of Haryana.
