Bengaluru: Covid Congeload Active Karnataka crosses a sign of one lakh, while the positivity rate of the Daily Test (TPR) in Bengaluru reaches a peak of 21%.
The country reported 25,005 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday, took the total number of active cases to 1.1 lakh.
Bengaluru saw 18,374 infections and houses 78.5% (or 90,893) the active case of the state.
The state has reported more cases -26,811 – on May 26 and Bengaluru – 20,897 – on 9.

CN Manjunath, members of the Covid Technical and Clinical Expert Committee, the actual impact of the Covid third wave in terms of death will be seen in two more weeks.
“This virus spreads faster and a month will be important.
We are only two weeks to the third wave now,” he said.
