Ahmedabad: From the Covid-19 case recorded in Gujarat, around 2% have patients in the age group of 0 to 14 years, according to the State Department of State Statistics, which is around 19,000 cases for the past 18 months.
This, only 0.1% or 20 people died in this age group in Gujarat.
Of the total death (10,091), the share of patients under 15 years was 0.2%, statistical performances.
In fact, this group has the lowest death rate of all age groups.
According to senior officials, the number was reduced further after the second wave – as a Delta variant saw many cases where the whole family included infected children.
Experts say that throughout the world, opening school has caused small but not significant nails, but this should not prevent parents from sending children to school especially when almost everything is open.
City-based Pediatricians said that the current norms followed the potential role of children as a virus carrier if they come into contact with infected people.
While the child might not even show any symptoms, he can take him, but when school staff and parents are fully vaccinated, it greatly reduces the chances of deployment.
“On it, masks and social distances provide excellent protection.
The class must be ventilated well and there must be fewer children than capacity.
Non-sharing water and food and avoidance of the Assembly can reduce the risk,” said a child doctor based in the city.
