The team then went for Alnavar Taluk where they first checked the damaged houses in Jai Bharath Colony in Kumbaravi.
The team also visited the Indiramma Kre who had been violated for the second time in the last three years causing a situation such as flooding in a low-lying area in the city of Alnavar.
Officials told the central team that seven houses had been completely damaged, while 77 houses suffered damage to 25% to 75% and 1,249 houses had been damaged as far as 15% to 25%.
The team also examined corn, coconut, banana, and damaged Areca bean plants in more than 1,456 hectares of agricultural land and 7.2 hectares of horticultural land.
Then the team checks the road and bridge, the holding centers and the primary health center that has been damaged due to rain.
The team was told that plants grow in agricultural land 23,238 hectares and horticultural land 276 hectares in all Dharwad districts have been destroyed.
The engineers told that 51 km of state highway, 63.4 km from the main road and 31 bridges in the district had also been severely damaged to cause a loss of Rs 105 Crore.
The team was told that 148 government school buildings, 134 Angganwadi and 32 primary health centers were partially collapsed.
The team also visited Ikurahatatti, Yamanur and Bennehalla Bridge near Ron Cross in Navalgund Taluk and proceeded to the Bagalkot district.
