Dharwad reaches 82% coverage in e-KYC for ration card holders

Hubballi: Digital authentication from Ration Card Holder – E-KYC – increasing from 15 districts in Karnataka.
Authorities in the Dharwad district have successfully verified the credentials of 82.1% of those who have a ration card, placing them 13 on the list of countries.
The Department of Food and Civil Equipment does everything that can be done to ensure that the entire process is finished earlier.
Even though the process began two years ago, the crisis induced by Covid forced the authorities to suspend him.
In Dharwad, there are nearly 3.8 lakh people who hold an Antyodaya card, and 3.1 lakh who have a poverty line card under the Department of Food and Civil supplies -Yuan processes will not be eligible to receive rations of fair prices.
Families with poverty lines above, below the poverty line and the Anyodaya card are asked to visit the nearest price stores and complete the earliest process.
It is mandatory for people to submit their caste certificate while completing the process.
All family members must complete this process, along with their Aadhaar biometric credentials.
This process is being done for free.
