DK: Covid Care Center is opened back in the middle of a surge in case

Mangaluru: Covid-19 curve that spiking in Dakshina Kannada has encouraged the district government to restart operations at Covid Care Centers (CCCS), which has been closed when the curve is flattened on the second wave death.
