Don’t mention the name SR Advocate in the list of causes: HC

Written by news2in

Prasagraj: The High Court of Allahabad has directed the registry not to mention the name of the senior advocate in the list of causes (case list), because it opposes the provisions of the law and regulations of advocates framed by the Indian Board (BCI).
Hearing the Criminal Revised Petition submitted by Rajendra Babele, Vivek Agarwal Justice directed the High Court Registry to delete the name of the senior Advocate Anil Kumar Srivastava from the list of causes.
During the hearing of this petition, the advice for the revisionist, GS Chauhan was looking for a delay that said the adviser, senior advocate Anil Kumar Srivastava, debated a problem in another court.
The court then directed the registry to remove the name of the senior advocate from the list of causes.
The court after that issued a general direction, told the registry not to name the senior advocate in the list of causes with rules.
In accordance with the part 16 of the Advocate Law, 1961, the Supreme Court or the High Court can appoint any advocate as a senior advocate with his agreement considering its ability, or standing at the bar, or legal experience.
The court passed this order on August 25.
