LONDON: The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) will decide this week whether the proposed arrangement in Australia is sufficient for the ash tour to continue, he said on Monday.
The root of the captain of England Joe and other players have expressed doubts about the tour because of the “bubble fatigue” and their families’ concerns will not be able to travel with them because of Australia’s strict Covid-19 protocol.

“With health and well-being at the forefront, our focus is to ensure the tour can continue with the conditions for players and management to do the best,” the ECB said in a statement.
“The Night this week the ECB board will meet to decide whether there is enough conditions for the tour to continue and allow the selection of the squad according to a series of significance.” Cricket Australia has negotiated with the authorities and the UK for the condition of the course and whether the family of players can visit during the Christmas and New Year period.
The ash series of five tests will begin in Brisbane on December 8.
