Mumbai: Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly has approached the Bombay High Court seeking that the order of 2018 concerning the Arbitration court which gave him compensation debt by former management company, complete Mark and Perception (India) Ltd, enforced.

Arbitration leads to awards where the respondent’s company is directed at paying a number of RS.
14.49.91.000 with interest at a level of 12 percent per year from November 21, 2007, until the realization of payments.

And the current amount of maturity is more than RS 36 Crore, the request states.
Therefore, Ganguly submitted an application before the High Court to realize the number of balances of total compensation along with interest.
HC will hear a further request on July 26.
