Prayagraj: The High Court of Allahabad on Wednesday issued a warrant that was responded to to Dr.
Uttiya Bhattacharya, Executive Director / Head of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) in terms of insult to the non-compliance of court orders and 9 August was set for his appearance before the court.
Hearing the application of insult filed by M / S Hajj Sons, Indian oil corporate dealer in Jhansi, Prakash Padia justice directed at serving a warrant through the judge’s head (CJM), Lucknow.
In a disgusted petition, it was alleged that despite the court order on January 27, 2021 to decide on the applicant’s case regarding the cancellation of his dealer from the Indian oil company, there was no command that had been passed.
According to the fact of this case, the Petitioner’s dealer was canceled by the order on December 26, 2019 on the grounds that at the time of inspection, the electronic chip was found in a unit of expenditure for the applicant for short product delivery.
The cancellation sequence is challenged in the field that the same thing is passed without considering His objections.
The High Court with orders on January 27, 2021 has canceled the cancellation command and directed for new considerations, which did not meet.
While issuing a laughing warrant, the court argues that regardless of the notification service in the insulting process, no order that is obeyed or any written statement is submitted.
