Haveri: The state government is preparing to establish 274 centers ‘Grama One’ to provide more than 750 services under one roof at the village level itself.
At present, villagers must approach government offices at the district level, Taluk and Hobali to take advantage of various government services.
These centers can be inaugurated after January 26.
According to the source, all 223 grams of Panchayats will get ‘Grama One’ each while Grade-1 Gram Panchayat will have two and grade 2 GPS will have three centers.
A task has been formed in relation to the Directorate of Electronic Services for Citizen Services, DPP (e-Governance) to establish these centers.
The district level task unit has been formed and led by the deputy commissioner and at the number of the Taluk, it will be led by Tahsildar.
