Hearing the Guarantee Application submitted by one Neeraj Mandal aka Rakesh, who was arrested in a problem related to the withdrawal of fraudulent money from a bank account of a retired High Court Judge, Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav observed, “This is a crime against the community.
And the police authority did not do A serious effort in controlling this type of fraudulent activity.
“A pine was registered against the Applicant, Neeraj Mandal, on December 8, 2020 at the Cantt Police Station from Prasagraj in a problem related to the withdrawal of fraudulent money from a retired bank account for the High Court.
After hearing the submission of advice for both parties, the court stated his dissatisfaction with the efforts made by the police authority in connection with the withdrawal of fraudulent money that applies around the district and the state level.
While making observations above, the court directed SP (Cyber Cell), Lucknow and Prayagraj to submit a personal written statement in this case and fix July 9, 2021 as the next hearing date.
In addition, the court also directed SP (Cyber Cell), Prasagraj and Sho of Cantt Police Station to stay present before the court on the next date.
The court passed this decision on June 25.
