HC looks for a written statement about the maintenance of Azad Park

Prayagraj: acting on a disgust petition that accused non-beauty and non-maintenance of Chandra Shekhar Azad Park (previous company Bagh) in the city even though the court court, the High Court of Allahabad on Monday, Sanjay District Judge Khatri, Deputy Chairperson of the Development of Prasaggraj, Authority (PDA ) Arvind Singh Chauhan and Park Inspector Umesh Chandra Uttam to submit a personal written statement within two weeks, mention what steps have been taken by them for the beauty and maintenance of the park.
In addition, the court also directed government advice to find instructions in this matter.
Hearing a request for insult filed by captain Ajay Kumar Singh, Prakash Padia justice was directed to put up this matter on September 6 for the next hearing.
Previously, advisors for the Petitioners argue that although some directions issued by this court from time to time, vehicle movements, including trucks and small vehicles, in the park where it is regularly permitted, causing environmental hazards.
Furthermore it was stated that under the beauty scheme, three toilets were allowed to be built and maintained, but unfortunately the toilet was not managed by the authorities.
Also, the direction provided by this court has intentionally and is intentionally destined by the opposite parties.
